We stayed there on January 1st for early flight the next day. The room and the hotel seemed well maintained and very clean. The check in and out at the front desk was pretty smooth. They provide breakfast and coffee but due to our early flight we had to grab a to go bag that they make available. It had a cookie and a apple. The hotel provides a shuttle to airport but need to give a 15 minute advance notice. Our driver was early in that regard but no issues for us as we were ready. It was very quiet there so we slept well. There is not a restaurant on site but the Hilton right next door has one. We would definitely stay there again!
Clean and close to the airport. The rooms aren’t fancy but do the trick whether you’re flying out early or getting in late. Blackout curtains were really good.
When booking rooms on the Hilton app, pick ones that are on the airport side - you get to see planes landing and taking off. Breakfast was great (bacon!) and the staff were quick and friendly. Will definitely book again.
Checking in was about the most impersonal experience that I have ever had at this brand, especially as a Diamond club member. Breakfast was so-so comparatively too. Morning desk staff was much more friendly and outgoing. Still not soured on the Hampton brand, but I'll find a different one if ever in Portland again.
Glad we made the decision to stay here. We drove 20 minutes out of the way to come here because it was much cheaper than many other Portland hotels, and there weren’t nearly as many reviews about expensive parking, car break-ins, homeless issues, etc. as many other Portland-area hotels.
Hotel was really clean, which is the #1 important thing to us. The only things that weren’t great were that some of the towels were stained, and the elevator smelled REALLY bad. The walls were also pretty thin as we could hear planes all night, but that’s to be expected right there at the airport. Overall, would stay here again.

Paid parking at a flat rate of $15 per exit, should have been included in the already exorbitant price.
"Free breakfast" starts too late to even be relevant, you're most likely already at your destination when they start.
When asked for water, I was directed to pay $2 and was never given the "free water" there claims to be.
